Build Any Form, Right On Your Page — Meet the Custom Form Widget
The newsletter widget covers one shape of "collect something from a visitor": an email address. But an email address isn’t the only thing worth asking for — a freelancer wants a project brief, a coach wants an intake form, an event host wants an RSVP with a headcount. Those all need different fields, in a different order, with different things marked required. That’s what the new Custom Form widget is for.
Any mix of fields, in whatever order you want
Add a Custom Form section from the builder’s Sections tab and build it field by field: short text, paragraph, email, phone, number, date, URL, dropdown, multiple choice or checkboxes. Mark any field required, reorder them, and set a title, description, success message and submit button label — all from the same editor you already use for every other section.
- A contact form with name, email and a message.
- A project intake form with a dropdown for budget range and a paragraph for details.
- An event RSVP with a headcount number field and a dietary-restrictions checkbox group.
- A short application or waitlist form with exactly the fields you need — nothing generic bolted on.
Every response lands in one place
Responses don’t just disappear into an inbox somewhere — they collect in a dedicated Forms section of your dashboard, one table per form, newest first. You can review them, delete the ones you don’t need, and (on Premium) export the whole thing as a CSV whenever you want the data somewhere else. Turn on email notifications per form and you’ll also get pinged the moment someone submits, so a time-sensitive form doesn’t sit unchecked.
Spam protection without an extra step for you
Every submission is verified with reCAPTCHA v3 before it’s stored — invisibly, in the background, with no puzzle or checkbox for a real visitor to deal with. It’s the same protection that already guards QRPixel’s free OG Tag Checker, just applied to your form instead.
A newsletter box asks for one thing. A form can ask for exactly what you actually need — and now it can, right on your page.
Field labels and the submit button follow your page’s own text and link alignment settings, and the button picks up your theme’s color, shape and style automatically — a form built on a coral pill-button theme looks like it, not like a generic embed dropped on top.
The free plan includes one form with up to 10 fields and keeps your latest 100 responses; Premium removes every limit and unlocks CSV export.
