1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating a QRPixel account or otherwise using qrpixel.net, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What QRPixel is
QRPixel is a link-in-bio, appointment scheduling and QR code service. We provide the platform — hosting your page, running the booking calendar, generating QR codes and sending related emails. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, the actual meetings, transactions or interactions that happen because of a booking made through the service.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use QRPixel.
- One person or organization per account, unless we've agreed otherwise with you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QRPixel to:
- Post or link to illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Send spam, or use the booking/email features to harass or deceive people.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service (excessive load, scraping at scale, circumventing rate limits).
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add to QRPixel — your bio, links, avatar, event descriptions and so on. By posting it, you grant us a license to host, display and transmit it as needed to run the service (for example, showing your public page to visitors). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
6. Bookings
The scheduling feature lets visitors book time with a host based on the host's own configured availability. QRPixel facilitates the booking (calendar logic, conflict prevention, notifications) but is not responsible for what happens at the meeting itself, for a host's or invitee's conduct, or for disputes between them. A host who requires manual approval for bookings is solely responsible for reviewing and responding to requests in a timely manner.
7. Plans, billing & subscriptions
Free and Premium plan features are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record — Paddle's own terms also apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
8. Affiliate program
QRPixel offers an optional two-tier affiliate program. Every account gets a unique referral link. If someone creates an account after using your link (or your link is the last one they used before signing up), you become their direct referrer, and whoever referred you becomes their indirect referrer one level up. We pay a commission on that person's purchases going forward — not just their first — split between their direct and indirect referrer.
- Current commission rates and the referral-link tracking window are shown in your affiliate dashboard and may change going forward; a rate change never affects commissions already recorded at the prior rate.
- Commissions are tracked in a running ledger in your account. Payout is handled manually, outside the platform, on a schedule and via a method we'll communicate separately — participating in the program does not itself guarantee any particular payout timeline or method.
- You may not refer yourself, create accounts to inflate your own referral count, or otherwise attempt to manipulate attribution. We may reverse commissions obtained this way and suspend an account's participation in the program (independent of suspending the underlying QRPixel account) for abuse of this section.
- You're responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions you earn.
- We may modify, pause or discontinue the affiliate program, or adjust its terms, at any time; we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active affiliates of material changes.
See our Privacy Policy for how referral attribution is tracked and what data this involves.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep QRPixel reliably available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
10. Termination
You can stop using QRPixel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. On termination, your public page stops being served and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
QRPixel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss arising from a booking, meeting or transaction facilitated through it, or arising from participation in the affiliate program (Section 8).
12. Cookies & analytics
QRPixel uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These only load once you accept the cookie banner shown on first visit; declining means neither loads. Separately, a short first-party cookie is used to track affiliate referrals (Section 8) — see our Privacy Policy for full details on both, what's collected, and how to withdraw analytics consent at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active account holders.
